The role involves finding, validating, and delivering recycled plastics while building long-term relationships with material suppliers. You will drive revenue growth for key accounts and collaborate with the product team to improve the Ambio Platform.
The ideal candidate must be a native Polish speaker proficient in English with a proactive, independent work ethic. Experience is less critical than a strong will to build, learn quickly, and handle uncertainty in a startup environment.

Join Ambio’s Supply team to find, validate, and deliver recycled plastics to our growing customer base across Europe! We make sure our customers get the best recycled plastics to manufacture new products.
We do whatever it takes to drive customers’ success, and to grow our delivered volumes and our positive impact. We are continuously looking for great new materials and suppliers to complement our current offering - to then match them to new and existing customer needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable materials and operational-AI applications, and to make a difference in how circularity becomes reality. You will own and drive supplier cooperation, grow our supplier pool and build strong relationships, and ensure efficient delivery of high-quality materials. You also get to develop our software (the Ambio Platform) with our Product team to help us grow faster.
