The Brand Representative is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, and maintaining the store's appearance. They also operate the cash register and communicate customer needs to the management team.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. A basic understanding of collegiate sports and local university activities is required.

Position Title: Brand Representative
Reports To: Store Management
Status: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
• Greet and acknowledge all customers
• Assist customers with locating merchandise
• Fold, size, and replenish merchandise
• Assist in cleaning the store, cash wrap, and fitting rooms
• Assist in merchandise displays
• Communicate with the management staff any customer requests/concerns
• Operate the cash register by ringing up customer sales
• Develop a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.
