About the Job

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives across Process Mining (Celonis), Data & Analytics, and AI/ML, including emerging Agentic AI use cases.

This role is responsible for ensuring strong program governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution across cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will drive execution cadence, manage risks and dependencies, and enable data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business value and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Governance

• Establish and drive strong governance frameworks across transformation initiatives, including process mining and run-the-business roadmaps
  
• Define and manage program structures, operating models, and governance cadence
  
• Maintain program artifacts including charters, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports
  

Delivery Management & Execution

• Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope definition, milestone tracking, and execution cadence
  
• Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams spanning business, technology, and data teams
  
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality through structured tracking and performance management
  

Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure aligned execution
  
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and leadership reviews
  
• Translate complex insights into clear, actionable executive narratives and presentations
  

Risk, Issue & Decision Management

• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
  
• Drive structured escalation management and decision governance frameworks
  
• Ensure transparency and accountability across all program dimensions
  

Resource & Vendor Management

• Lead resource planning, allocation, and productivity tracking across programs
  
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure delivery alignment and performance outcomes
  

Performance Tracking & Value Realization

• Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and program success metrics
  
• Drive benefits realization, adoption tracking, and delivery health monitoring
  
• Enable data-driven decision-making using analytics and reporting frameworks
  

Transformation Enablement

• Drive enterprise transformation initiatives across:
  
  • Process Mining (Celonis)
    
  • Data & Analytics platforms
    
  • AI/ML and emerging Agentic AI solutions
    
  • Operational excellence and continuous improvement programs
    

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in enterprise transformation initiatives
  
• Strong experience in program governance, portfolio management, and delivery oversight
  
• Proven expertise in managing cross-functional, large-scale transformation programs
  
• Hands-on experience with Process Mining (Celonis), Data & Analytics, and AI/ML initiatives
  
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive data-driven decisions
  
• Expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation handling
  
• Experience with resource planning, vendor management, and productivity tracking
  
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agentic AI use cases or advanced AI-driven automation
  
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications
  
• Exposure to enterprise tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar platforms
