As a Floating Clinical Support Specialist, you will be cross-trained in multiple roles to support both front-office operations and clinical care. Front Office Support
Greet and check patients in and out in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming faxes and electronic communications
Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
Handle patient inquiries and triage messages appropriately
Clinical Support
Assist providers with patient care as a trained Medical Assistant
Prepare and clean exam and treatment rooms
Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment
Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain necessary medical information
Support providers during procedures to ensure high-quality patient care

Additional Requirements
Dependable and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing daily needs
Ability to travel between locations, including Norristown, Chestnut Hill, Willow Grove, Lansdale, and Oaks, as business needs arise
Comfortable providing coverage at all practice locations as needed
