The Frozen Food Supervisor assists the Grocery Manager in overseeing department operations, including inventory management, product stocking, and merchandising. They are also responsible for training personnel and ensuring high standards of customer service and safety.
Candidates must possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 80 lbs. Proficiency in basic mathematics and the ability to work in varying temperature-controlled environments are required.
PURPOSE: Performs all frozen food responsibilities while working with and reporting to the Grocery Manager.
