The Assistant Store Director supports the Store Director in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, profitability, and customer service goals. They are responsible for leading store teams, managing inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high merchandising standards.

The Assistant Store Director supports the Store Director in leading overall store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer service, safety, and operational goals. The Assistant Store Director serves as a member of the store leadership team and assumes responsibility for total store operations in the Store Director's absence.
