The Assistant Produce Manager is responsible for guest satisfaction and supporting the Department Manager in daily operations, including ordering and merchandising. They lead the department team through training, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, profitable work environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year of produce experience. Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and a Certified Food Safety Manager certification are required.

He/She supports the Department Manager regarding all department duties such as ordering, merchandising, maintaining department conditions and training department clerks. He/She is responsible for assisting the Department Manager in leading the efficient, effective, safe, legal and profitable operations of the department.
