The Baker is responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and desserts while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Additionally, they must ensure that display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked for customers.
Candidates should have a passion for baking and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with various kitchen equipment are essential for success in this role.
As a Baker, no one day is ever the same. To truly be successful in the position, you will be passionate about baking breads, cookies, and pastries, as well as producing fancy desserts and decorating cakes. Our Bakers also have the secret ingredient for talking to their customers and take pride in what they are baking, making, and decorating. You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards. When you aren’t rising to the occasion for our customers, you’re helping ensure our display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Our customers are hungry for what we are serving so come join our team and help satisfy their appetites.
