About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for sources and screens candidates that best fit the company’s future goals. Their duties include establishing hiring criteria, understanding recruiting needs and finding the right candidates.
Job Descriptions
1. Strategic Alignment & Collaboration
- Partner with the TA Lead and Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and candidate criteria in line with the MPP and business strategy.
- Confirm hiring details, including timelines and employment status (Permanent, Contract/Booster, or Freelance).
- Build a diverse and highly qualified team to support organizational growth.
2. End-to-End Sourcing & Selection
- Source potential candidates through various online channels (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Career Email, etc.).
- Screen CVs, portfolios, and manage a robust candidate pipeline.
- Plan and execute selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments (Technical & Personality), and user interviews.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications for selected candidates.
3. Offer, Onboarding, & Engagement
- Partner with the Rewards & Benefits team to draft competitive job offers based on internal salary benchmarking.
- Maintain great relationships and provide timely feedback to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with IT Ops to prepare working tools (laptops, email accounts) and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
4. Data, Admin, & Branding
- Create job descriptions and collaborate with the Employer Branding team to design vacancy posters.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, interview notes, and the TA dashboard.
- Provide analytical monthly recruitment reports to management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter (experience in the IT, Software House, or Consulting industry is a strong plus).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in hunting passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, and other sourcing channels.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from resume screening and assessments to offering and onboarding.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and maintaining recruitment dashboards or monthly reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build great relationships with candidates and collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders (IT, Benefits, etc.).
- Adaptability: Proactive, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight project timelines.
