Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings based on individualized treatment plans. Collect session data and collaborate with BCBAs and families to support client independence and communication.
RBT certification is preferred but not required, as paid training and certification support are provided. Candidates must be compassionate, able to pass a background check, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the role.
