The salesperson is responsible for providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers and achieving personal and store sales goals. They also perform essential store operations including inventory management, product stocking, and providing automotive services like battery and wiper installations.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a retail environment and possess basic automotive system and parts knowledge. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes. Position can be part time or full time. Fleet safety certification preferred.
