The salesperson is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services like battery and wiper installations. They also manage store inventory processes, including stocking, cycle counts, and maintaining operational standards.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail sales experience and possess basic automotive system and parts knowledge. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, communicate effectively, and work a flexible schedule including weekends.
What is a Salesperson?

The role has good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive system knowledge and basic part knowledge. The role has the basic ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes. Position can be part time or full time. Fleet safety certification preferred.
