Work under the guidance of a Lead HVAC Technician
Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairs
Keep accurate records of work completed
Deliver a positive, professional experience to every customer
Support the team with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed
1–3 years of HVAC maintenance, service, or installation experience
Strong interest in growing your HVAC career and customer service skills
Willingness to invest in personal tools
Valid driver’s license
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow directions (verbal and written)
Positive, professional attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction from technicians and supervisors
Basic safety awareness when working with tools and job sites
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
Able to safely use ladders and basic tools
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (with assistance)
Basic skills such as reading a tape measure
HVAC trade school certification
EPA Universal Certification
