The trainee will optimize operational processes by managing sales flows, coordinating handovers between Sales and IT teams, and mapping workflows. They will also be responsible for CRM optimization and using AI tools to analyze sales data and generate reports.
Candidates must have a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. Proactivity, curiosity regarding AI tools, and professional English communication skills are required.

In qualità di RevOps Trainee, non ti limiterai a compilare tabelle o spostare file. Sarai il motore operativo che connette i reparti aziendali, ottimizza i flussi di vendita e garantisce che ogni ingranaggio della nostra macchina commerciale funzioni alla perfezione per guidare la crescita dell'azienda.

Un Team Pazzesco: Lavorerai al centro dell'operatività aziendale, facendo da ponte tra Sales, IT e Internal Product con colleghi appassionati e orientati all'eccellenza.
Crescita Accelerata & Learning: Imparerai sul campo le logiche delle Revenue Operations, la gestione e l'ottimizzazione di CRM aziendali, la mappatura di workflow e l'uso dell'IA applicata all'analisi dati.

Energia in Ufficio: Essendo un ruolo in sede a Torino, trovi colazione e frutta fresca ogni giorno per iniziare alla grande (e il caffè? Nemmeno a dirlo, scorre a fiumi).
Rimborso Spese: Prevediamo un rimborso spese di 800€ lordi mensili per un impegno full-time per il tirocinio extracurricolare (riproporzionato in caso di orario part-time).
Affiancherai il team nell'analisi e nell'efficientamento dei processi operativi, con focus su:
Gestione del Flusso Sales: Curare l'approvazione dei deal commerciali, monitorare le richieste tramite i sistemi di ticketing e gestire l'attivazione di licenze e widget per i nostri clienti.
Coordinamento Interfunzionale: Fare da raccordo operativo tra il Team Sales e il Team IT, gestendo in prima persona la fase di handover con il team di Internal Product.
Analisi, Mappatura & AI: Mappare i workflow operativi su Miro, condurre analisi sulle vendite sfruttando strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale e redigere report per la risoluzione tempestiva delle criticità.
Gestione Tools & CRM: Lavorare sull'ottimizzazione del CRM aziendale, gestire flussi di import/export dati da Excel e monitorare l'avanzamento dei processi sui nostri tool di project management.
Hai un percorso di studi o un titolo di Laurea (Triennale o Magistrale) in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.
Stai cercando un tirocinio extracurricolare e hai una forte passione per le Operations, Business Analysis e il mondo RevOps.
Hai eccellenti capacità analitiche, cura del dettaglio e una naturale inclinazione al problem solving.
Domini Excel (gestione dati, import/export, formule) e ti trovi a tuo agio nell'interfacciarti con database e CRM.
Sei una persona curiosa e proattiva, entusiasta di sperimentare con strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale per analizzare dati ed efficientare i processi.
Possiedi spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali anche in lingua inglese per coordinare le attività tra reparti diversi.
