The Immigration Attorney is responsible for managing a diverse immigration law caseload and providing direct supervision to paralegals. Key duties include preparing filings for USCIS, DOS, and EOIR, and conducting hearings before the EOIR.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the United States with at least 2 years of relevant legal experience in immigration law. Experience with USCIS and EOIR cases, as well as strong communication and strategic planning skills, is required.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to the Managing Attorney, Immigration Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The principal duties of the Immigration Attorney will be to manage an Immigration law caseload and to provide direct supervision to paralegals. Other responsibilities include:
