概述：
根据公司战略，在指定五大发电集团市场上从事相关系统与解决方案等的销售活动，建立长期客户关系，管理具体的客户需求与相关事宜。识别并开拓销售机遇，尤其是数字化解决方案的机会；
主要职责:
1. 订单与利润
根据自己所负责业务部门需求，在市场上从事系统与解决方案等销售，专注于订单，产品组合及盈利性目标完成；
2. 客户关系
建立并维护有效的客户关系，理解客户需求，向客户积极推广全产品线/系统及其解决方案，通过销售行为确保客户良好体验。
3. 销售计划
利用公司工具制定销售计划。定期回顾订单状况，并能在订单出现下滑趋势时，及时做出相关预案，确保稳定增长。
4. 销售
为ABB及客户创造增值服务，确保通过优秀销售技巧实现销售策划、合同与交易的达成。与客户深入沟通ABB的解决方案及策略（交付时间，付款及基础的条款）
5. 市场
确保为客户提供有效的市场活动及价值主张。
6. 新的市场机遇
识别并推动新的市场机遇，确保知识交互与跨团队协作。识别数字化销售机会并向客户推广数字化解决方案。
7. 日常管理
在必要时，提供管理销售过程，支持项目管理活动及收集工作等；
8. 销售交易
与相关部门/市场经理根据竞标情况准备解决方案，拟定合适的基数及财务方面的条款，包括价格与贸易情况，以及产品组合/数字化解决方案。
岗位要求:
- 本科或硕士学历，具备成功的相关行业或岗位工作经验；;
- 较强的销售能力以及数字化能力及相关知识；
- 对工作充满激情，学习能力强，关注市场最新的变化与状态;
