The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment and implementing curriculum to support early childhood development. They must provide active supervision, document student progress, and maintain strong partnerships with families and team members.
A high school diploma is required, while a degree in Early Childhood Education and 1-2 years of preschool teaching experience are preferred. Candidates must meet state licensing requirements, pass a background check, and hold CPR/First Aid certifications.
