The Staff Accountant executes month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, for multiple brands. The role also supports financial reporting, acquisition integrations, and the supervision of offshore accounting teams.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in GAAP and NetSuite is preferred, along with experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations.

The Staff Accountant supports the accounting operations of multiple brands across a growing multi-state healthcare platform. This role partners closely with the Brand Controller and Finance leadership to execute month-end close activities, maintain accurate financial records, support financial reporting, and assist with acquisition integrations. The Brands Staff Accountant also collaborates with cross-functional teams and offshore accounting resources to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations while supporting the continued growth of the organization.
