I have a little bit of experience in a lot of areas, however, my passion is quality assurance. I was in the quality world from 1995 - 2018 with a 3 year gap when I was a “domestic engineer”. I have dabbled in a large range of areas, including but not limited to; writing technical documentation, gathering requirements, customer escalations, writing test scripts, managing defects, and managing small teams. I have owned and operated my own business for most of my life. I have owned a range of businesses as well, which include insurance agencies, cellular phone/paging retail, liquor stores, gas stations, pizzeria, windshield replacement company and other miscellaneous businesses. In 2018, I took the plunge and changed roles from SQA to Product Owner. It is an exciting time in my career since I still get to put my QA skills to good use! I am excited for what the future holds! Upward and onward!
