I supported cross-border ETF research across China–Singapore, China–Japan, and China–Brazil markets, evaluating index compatibility and product positioning. I conducted in-depth analysis of Shariah-compliant indexes (e.g., MSCI China Islamic, FTSE Shariah China) and their return attribution, and tracked trends in ESG-aligned global mandates. I also co-authored bilingual macro strategy weeklies (Traditional Chinese & English) on China/global policy, macro data, and cross-asset market moves—used by institutional clients and regulators including the HKMA. Driven by climate commitment, I co-founded Carbon Trail Assess and Carbon Era, two ventures advancing carbon management and trading solutions in China. Carbon Trail helps SMEs monitor and reduce emissions with strategic and digital tools. Carbon Era offers data-backed solutions for carbon allowance trading, supporting over 2,200 regulated emitters in ETS pilots and CCER markets. I also represent China in global sustainability platforms, including the World Economic Forum’s 1t.org Youth Hub and the UNDP INSPIRO SDG Network. Through these initiatives, I collaborate on ecosystem restoration, biodiversity finance, and youth-led climate innovation. Currently, I’m deepening my skills through the Berkeley Investment Group’s Fundamentals of Investing program—focusing on equity valuation, ETF analysis, and global thematic research.
