Empowering the Future of Marketing & Female Leadership Influencer Marketing Manager with 4 years of experience managing international campaigns, seven-figure budgets and cross-functional teams. My passion lies in building authentic relationships between brands and creators with purpose, strategy and heart. With a background in Social Media, Account Management and Project Leadership, I know how to design and execute campaigns that not only perform, but also inspire. I have successfully built long-term creator networks of over 1,000 influencers and delivered measurable growth in industries such as Insurance, Fashion, Cashback and Digital Health. Currently, I serve as a Board Member at WIB – Women in Business e.V., a growing female empowerment network I co-founded. In this role, I lead the Internal Development department, oversee HR, Operations and our mentoring program, and help shape the strategic and cultural foundation of the organization. Leading a 10-person team has further strengthened my leadership skills and my passion for developing people. What drives me, both in my job and in my voluntary work, is the belief that structure and emotion can go hand in hand. That good communication moves people.
