About

Jaymes Hines is the CEO of FanHacks and Managing Partner of Quanta Endeavors, a venture studio and investment platform focused on building and backing culturally resonant innovation across sports, entertainment, and emerging tech. He is currently raising Quanta’s inaugural fund to support visionary founders building at the intersection of immersive storytelling, AI, and next-gen fan economies. FanHacks powers fan engagement and top-line growth across the intention economy—especially in cycling, esports cycling, and digital collectibles—with a sharp focus on NIL opportunities and storytelling aligned with Olympic-track sports on the road to LA2028. At the helm of both FanHacks and Quanta, Jaymes leads strategic partnerships with AI platforms, creative studios, streaming networks, and commerce brands. He oversees the development of tools for VR/AR experiences, esports competitions, digital training simulations, and NIL athlete branding aligned with Olympic disciplines—bridging tech and culture through next-gen platforms. A serial entrepreneur and creative technologist, Jaymes brings 20+ years of experience across digital production, media, and venture development. His work spans music, film, television, gaming, and immersive tech—with a growing emphasis on sports innovation, fan-owned ecosystems, and youth tech access. In 2025, he co-launched the AI Future of Sports & Esports Cycling Business Innovation Lab at CMU San Jose, backed by Quanta Endeavors and powered by FanHacks. The lab incubates AI youth scholars, cycling media technology, elite-level training tools, and NIL-driven storytelling initiatives for Gen Z athletes and fans. Jaymes also co-founded the Global Film Festival Initiative, a consortium created to acquire, market, and digitally distribute culturally rich Black, Pan-African, and diasporic films from the Americas, Europe, the Caribbean, and Africa. His early credits include Startup Weekend LA, the Essence Festival Hackathon (#YesWeCode), and FanHacks @ Comic-Con. He led digital campaigns for The Digital Divide: TECH-NO, built the first website for America’s Black Forum, and supported the online and live chat experience for Spike Lee’s Oscar-nominated 4 Little Girls. He has served on advisory boards and panels including the California Arts Council, AFI’s Enhanced Television Workshop, Bahati Foundation, Digital Hollywood, and the Global Mobile Internet Conference (GMIC)—a global summit connecting innovators across mobile, AI, gaming, and immersive media. Call to action: “Empower and inspire young minds—and the hands that guide them.”
