👋 About Me Hi! I’m Jason, a Talent Acquisition Partner with 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience spanning technical and go-to-market (GTM) roles. I specialize in hiring for Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Machine Learning, and Sales teams — and bring a startup-operator mindset to everything I do. My journey into recruiting began after cofounding a campus ride-sharing startup focused on safety and efficiency. Building Rida from the ground up sparked my passion for assembling high-impact teams, leading me to recruiting. 🏢 Agency Experience I began at Jobspring Partners (now Motion Recruitment), placing Infrastructure Engineers for high-growth NYC startups. I later joined Jobot, expanding into Software and GTM hiring across the U.S., including high-volume work for a Renewable Energy client. After two years in agency recruiting, I realized my passion was helping companies grow from within — seeing the direct business impact of every hire. ☁️ In-House at AWS At AWS, I led full-cycle recruiting for Senior and Principal Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Engineers within the ProServe org. There, I learned how a global tech leader builds inclusive, data-driven hiring at scale. 🚀 Scaling at Own Company (Salesforce) I then joined OwnBackup (now Own Company, by Salesforce) to lead hiring for U.S. Engineering Operations during Series E hyper-growth. Over three years, I helped build scalable processes, structured interviews, and TA infrastructure to support rapid expansion. This role ended post-acquisition, but sharpened my ability to scale hiring in fast-moving SaaS environments. 🧠 Consulting for Startups After Own, I launched a TA consulting practice for early to growth-stage startups. I help teams build full-cycle recruiting engines, improve sourcing, and implement scalable processes. At Attentive (Series E), I led hiring for Software Engineering, MLOps, Data & Analytics, and Security Ops, while improving ATS workflows, interview design, and manager calibration. 🩺 Hiring at Tennr Most recently, I joined Tennr as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Tennr is a mission-driven Series C SaaS startup transforming healthcare operations through automation.
