Isa Ahmad

My goal is to become a well developed engineer, with diverse experience, who can lead cross-functional teams to success within the automotive industry. Currently, I have over 5 years of experience within the industry and am a graduate from McMaster's Bachelor of Technology, Automotive program holding a Bachelor of technology, Diploma of mechanical Engineering, and a CIM accredited business management certificate. I started out at the dealer level at Porsche Centre Oakville. Working in after-sales service teams I started out in the wash bay and was quickly promoted up to Mobility Coordinator, where I lead a cross-functional team of drivers, front end assistants, and third-party rental agencies to facilitate all mobility operations within the dealership. Then I moved into automotive manufacturing at Honda Canada Manufacturing, where I started out in the IT department and worked my way up into the Equipment Engineering Team. I was responsible for leading projects to implement and maintain the plant's line control system. Currently I am working at Tesla GFNV as an Energy Equipment Engineer where I am implementing exciting new projects to support our new product launch.
