Felix consistently out performed his revenue targets by guiding customers on how to take advantage of CRM, analytics, contact center, marketing & integration capabilities. Most recently, Felix spent a couple of years at Celonis while a focus on helping top US insurance brands optimize their processes with process mining capabilities to drive $100m+ in cost savings. Today, Felix helps top media companies bring together their data along with analytics and AI to solve their most complex problems using Databricks’ Lakehouse platform.
