With over 12 years of user acquisition (UA) experience in the gaming industry, I am a founder of two ventures that aim to help game developers reach and monetize their audiences. HYPER HQ is a consultancy that provides UA, ad monetization, and app store optimization (ASO) services for mobile games. HYPER UA is a not-for-profit group of UA professionals who share best practices and insights on gaming markets across the world. As the former head of UA and monetization at Carry1st, I built and led a world-class team that worked across 54 countries in Africa, improving UA and ad operations knowledge and performance. I also helped sign a game publishing deal with Nanobit, a leading developer of narrative games. I am passionate about bootstrapping game developers, especially in emerging markets, and empowering them with the skills and tools they need to succeed.
