I love to create technology that improves everyday life. I approach challenges with a top-down perspective to understand them in their full context. I initially focus on what a product or feature should deliver and how to facilitate intuitive communication between users and the system - and then shape the underlying technical foundation to accommodate. My professional journey has been marked by a dedication to collaboration and a passion for building solutions that generate real value. This collaborative ethos extends to engaging with clients, absorbing their domain expertise, and crafting bespoke solutions that truly address their needs. I embrace agility and rapid iteration, recognizing that these are crucial for delivering quality and value in complex software systems. Having worked on a wide range of projects and within many domains, from telecommunications, big data and business intelligence to game engine development, SaaS platforms and mobile app development, I have had the privilege to lead multiple different development teams, as well as architecting solutions on many of the projects I've worked on. As a co-founder of two companies, I've come to greatly appreciate the importance of agile processes at all levels in an organization. In a startup, focus is on creating the most value for users with the shortest possible time-to-market. For that to succeed, I believe in embracing change and failure as natural parts of the process and focus on systems and processes that minimize the impact of mistakes and facilitate rapid iterations.
