Dan Fougere

Dan Fougere is a board member, investor, philanthropist and former C-suite executive with 30 years of experience in enterprise software and building world-class sales teams. He is an expert in creating, optimizing, and executing go to market strategies that maximize revenue growth, enhance valuation, and build customer loyalty. In his last named executive officer position as Chief Revenue Officer for Datadog, a cloud monitoring solution that experienced a meteoric multinational rise, Dan was responsible for managing the company’s worldwide sales operations and growing revenues from $60 million to $1billion annually. Dan played a leadership role in Datadog’s landmark initial public offering, still referred to as one of New York’s most successful tech IPOs. Today Dan invests in startups, and mentors and coaches Founders and C-suite executives with the goal of building world class teams and achieving life-changing outcomes. He is passionate about helping others overcome challenges and believes hard work and perseverance pays off. Currently he serves on the board of Homes for Our Troops, a nonprofit that builds and donates custom homes for severely injured veterans post 9/11. He also supports better learning outcomes for students with Dyslexia and other learning differences and is the Founder of Imagine Reading, a dyslexia charity focused on driving dyslexia-specific learning in US public schools.
