Dynamic recruiting professional - truly "full desk." This means that back in the day, I cold-called businesses, picked up job orders, and filled them with candidates that I sourced personally. I made the switch into internal recruiting because I wanted to witness the teams I built in action, and over the years I have done so in pretty much every type of team imaginable in both B2B and B2C. In 2019 I took on my current role of running Recruiting at SoFi. This has been one of the most expansive opportunities I've had in my journey, as I have partnered with some of the most incredible minds in the tech industry. Together, we are hiring at a bar that I am proud to contribute to raising. I have mentors on both the business and recruiting side of the house and beyond, and for that I am grateful.
