Ever since I was a little kid, computers and new technology were my passion. I started programming at the age of 10 using BASIC language and made animations of text and graphics on the screen. I was always willing to help others solve any problem and there wasn't an area In which I have not experienced in my life: software development, computers, car mechanics, aviation engineering, graphic design, Visual Effects, computer games writing. This hybrid mix of problem-solving gave me an edge in troubleshooting and made me a superior troubleshooter. I have started DevOps long before it was created, back in 2004 I manged my own Linux servers and needed to write automation for installation and configuration from scratch. I have worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at leading innovative startup (Fiverr, Gett, Lightricks, and more), and handled multiple production workloads on multiple clouds, architected distributed solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. Today, I have over 10 years of experience with cloud computing and software programming, In which I've used AWS, GCP, Azure, Rackspace, Alibaba-Cloud, and wrote software using various programming languages: Go, Ruby, Python, NodeJS, Perl, C++. Currently, I am a Senior Cloud Architect at DoiT international, providing support, architectural reviews, and advising even larger companies. I have been managing multiple Kubernetes cluster since version 1.0.0 (2015), including extending Kubernetes with custom controllers and mutation webhooks. I am sharing the knowledge and best practice with millions of users via Medium blog posts, and writing open-source tools to help with some of the most challenging tasks in real production environments.
