Enthusiastic product, project, and program management leader and product owner with 10 years of experience in tech. I have worked with EMRs and third party integrations, chronic disease management, payers, health systems, medicare plans, and a wide range of data in healthcare. I have also worked in compliance, managing business and money transmitter licensure, audits, and human resources. Throughout my career I have covered product manager, product operations manager, strategy, project manager, technical project and program manager, solutions engineer, operations manager, tier II customer support, partnerships, vendor and account manager, QA, compliance and human resource roles, thriving when provided the opportunity to wear multiple hats . Between these varied roles and my diverse experience, I have a unique perspective when approaching data and compliance challenges, whether that is in healthtech, fintech, or human resources. In addition to my degree in journalism and minors in history and cinema studies, I am PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) and PSPO I (Professional Scrum Product Onwer I) certified, with extensive experience acting as product owner and scrum master. I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, along with Six Sigma Green and Six Sigma White belts.
