To do this I focus on results centered around user experience, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. I have taken a non-linear path in my professional life. Over 10 years of experience in the automotive field provided me the opportunity to solve customer problems on a personal basis. Another 4 years of warehousing experience provided me the opportunity to solve problems in team management, efficiency, accuracy, and cost. With an interest in technology and solving larger problems, I moved on to where I am today, working with technology and solving problems. Throughout this journey I have learned the following about myself: I can successfully work in and lead teams to realize goals and deliver on deadlines. - I put results at the center of planning - I consistently recognize the strengths of others and divide responsibilities effectively - I pressure myself and my team to further their education both personally and professionally - I believe in taking responsibility for shortcomings and striving to improve I can successfully create, improve, and maintain new processes and tools - I consistently recognize gaps in efficiency or cost-effectiveness and seek to bridge them - I strive to overcome challenges and execute big picture ideas - I seek input, feedback, and insights to make high-quality decisions I educate, grow, and drive myself to be better - I am consistently earning new knowledge - I stay calm when faced with challenges - I strive to make high-quality decisions that will further the goals of myself and all those I work with.
