Alisa Ming Yi Ng

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Alisa studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Cinematic Arts at USC, where she cultivated her passion for bringing ideas to life and deeply empathizing with the user. To gain the skills to execute her entrepreneurial ideas, Alisa took a gap semester during her junior year to complete a full-stack web development boot camp and UX Design certification. Returning to USC, she founded a Venture Studio, where she led a multidisciplinary team to design and build MVPs. At Adobe, Alisa specialized in quantitative customer insights, applying data-driven personalization strategies and advanced audience segmentation to optimize digital experiences. Her work delivered measurable improvements in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, equipping her with the ability to identify and quantify scalable opportunities. At BCG Digital Ventures, now BCG X, Alisa leads end-to-end venture-building initiatives, integrating human-centered design with strategic business acumen. She uncovers real human needs through rigorous research and translates insights into actionable market data and strategic product decisions, de-risking ventures through iterative testing. Alisa’s approach drives product-market fit, operational excellence, and scalable growth, delivering ventures that transform industries.
