It's very exciting to be at Staffbase. I find myself in the fortunate position to lead a team of the best strategic sellers in the internal communications game. As someone who has spent many years working at large, enterprise organizations in addition to start-ups, I know first hand how challenging internal communications can be and how important it is to get right. I also know that being a salesperson is a tough gig. My aim, with my team and with the greater community of sellers out there, is to encourage imbuing sales processes and conversations with true humanity. #soulyoursell Our priority at Staffbase, and as sellers, should be making sure to solve the problems of our customers. If the thing we sell does that, awesome. But if it doesn't, our goal should be to point them in the right direction, even if it's to a competitor or to someone in our network. If we approach the problem they're facing together, from the same side of the table, we're building a trusted partnership that will pay long-term dividends.
