Akshay Sripada

In my current role at Natron Energy, I lead a team of data engineers in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, optimizing data architectures, and supporting data infrastructure. My focus is on creating robust, reliable systems that support data-driven decision-making. My technical expertise spans across a broad spectrum of tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, dbt, Tableau, GCP, Spark, Dagster and Docker. I am skilled in overseeing end-to-end data solutions—from ingestion and storage to processing and visualization—ensuring that data flows seamlessly and securely across all platforms. Recently I have lead the ground up implementation of a MES using Ignition and Sepasoft for Natron's new manufacturing plant in Holland, MI. Acting both as the Project Manager to manage external integrators to develop the core codebase and then personally evolve that solution to Natron's specific needs.
