At Amazon, I’ve led large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across Alexa, Prime Video and Amazon Retail, driving innovation in GenAI, voice-first product experiences, and global content operations. Currently, I lead WW Tech Program Management for Alexa Voice Services, where I’ve launched multi-modal AI-powered features across Smart TVs, wearables, and IoT devices — reaching millions of monthly active users. I also drive the GenAI roadmap for Alexa’s 3P ecosystem and lead video CX feature launches with a goal to increase engagement from existing users. Previously, I built the global operations team for Prime Video TVOD & Channels, launched in 7 countries, and created Prime Video Cinema — a first-of-its-kind digital-first theatrical release initiative.
