Hi there! I'm Ahmed Najiub, a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Afya, and a recent graduate with a Masters in Software Engineering at UC Irvine and a Computer Science Bachelors from Pepperdine. I have been coding for about 10 years and about 2 years of paid experience with over 50 web/mobile projects and multiple open source contributions (Including Kafka!) under my belt. 💡 Key Projects & Achievements: Afya Global: introduced, implemented, and deployed a company wide data analytics software that both saved the company lots of money in costs, and gave our clients a sleeker look. Furthermore, I built a couple visualizations for a billion dollar client of ours. Afya Global, AfyaHacks 2024 winner: Developed a Generative AI LLM tool to assist PCPs and patients in diagnosing and treating health issues. Created a Fastapi backend and a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS. Anaphora, 24-hour Hackdavis project: Led the development of this dementia patient support system during HackDavis 2024. Created a React.js web simulation of a watch that uses LLMs to answer patients' questions and detect repetitions.
