I am a passionate software engineer with 4 years of experience across backend development, system design and machine learning. My technical expertise includes working with Python, Golang, Java, and frameworks like Spring Boot and FastAPI. I have extensive experience in optimizing computation engines, building scalable microservices, and architecting workflow systems in cloud environments. Key Highlights: Backend Development: Developed and optimized scalable backend systems using Python, Java, Golang. Pioneered significant efforts such as rewriting systems to attain 15x speed-boosts and adding adding support for new features. Infrastructure and Design: Designed and implemented systems using technologies like AWS, Redis, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Airflow. Led efforts to unify data aggregation services, improving system visibility and communication. Machine Learning & Data Processing: Built and deployed deep learning models (ANNs, R-CNNs, YOLO) for tasks such as sensitive data redaction and bug triaging. Currently working on Big Data projects utilizing Hadoop and Spark for large-scale data processing. System Optimization: Improved performance by converting dicts to arrays, leveraging CPU cache more efficiently, and co-leading the rewrite of computation engines in Golang with goroutines and channels for parallel processing.
