I’m a results-driven Software Engineer with 5 years of experience specializing in Network Security, Routing, and Systems Programming, with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. My work bridges the gap between network infrastructure and cybersecurity, leveraging deep knowledge of C/C++, Python, and system-level programming to build scalable, high-performance solutions. At Aryaka Networks, I’ve led projects that strengthened enterprise network resilience — from deploying DNS filtering and secure DNS proxy servers (DoH/DoT) to integrating and tuning Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS) for real-time threat monitoring. I’m passionate about building secure, efficient, and transparent network systems that enhance both performance and privacy. I enjoy diving deep into protocol-level details — whether optimizing the Linux TCP stack, engineering Suricata-based inspection pipelines, or designing custom network utilities for traffic measurement and diagnostics. My work is guided by a focus on performance, reliability, and simplicity. Outside of work, I love experimenting with IoT and embedded systems — including a Raspberry Pi–based driver safety system that won first prize at the IEEE HackIOT 2019 hackathon.
