Adithya Manivannan

A confident and empathetic individual with good communication skills, prior leadership endeavors, and a thirst to build products that are customer-centric and hold the potential to impact society positively. I have prior experience in the Product and customer facing domain as a Product Specialist at Freshworks. In this role, I handled customer's technical queries, troubleshot and implemented solutions to tech issues and provided product demos. I also served as a POC for major accounts and helped customers evaluate the product based on their business requirements. This experience helped me gain insights into consumer behavior, product development, and market analysis. Working closely with stakeholders of several businesses across the globe during this two-year stint helped me see the importance of making data driven decisions to build impactful products. I would like to integrate the knowledge acquired from my education and employ my analytical and business acumen to build products that better the lives of those around me. Fun Fact: I thoroughly enjoy working with people and have led teams in various occasions right from high school to my volunteering experience with the NGO, U&I. I enjoy speaking in front of a crowd and have hosted multiple events as the emcee.
