Currently, I lead a team of talented designers & researchers in the development of Android Studio, an integrated development environment (IDE) for Android developers. I fulfill the roles of both a manager and an individual contributor who does hands-on design work. My team designs the interface that developers use to build Android UIs. This includes Compose previews, layout inspector, emulator, device management, animation tooling, debugger, and testing tools.
