Growing up as the daughter of an entrepreneur in the tech industry, I witnessed firsthand how the right tools can drive growth and streamline operations. This experience led me to HubSpot, where I’ve spent years helping businesses optimize their customer journey. I kicked off my sales career in the small business segment at HubSpot, where I spent two years collaborating with entrepreneurs to address common challenges — many were either relying on spreadsheets to track leads and customers, making it difficult to nurture relationships effectively, or struggling with disconnected point solutions that limited their ability to scale. Since transitioning to the MidMarket space, I continue to see these challenges but have encountered a new, growing concern — teams stuck on outdated legacy systems that are stifling growth. These platforms, often implemented decades ago, lack the flexibility, integration, and ease of use needed to support expanding teams and evolving customer expectations. Today, I help businesses move beyond these limitations, empowering marketing, sales, and service teams with solutions that drive efficiency, collaboration, and long-term growth.
