I am a Software Engineer at Morgan Stanley and am currently working on developing applications through Java, Groovy, Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL, DB2, JDBC, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Angular for Risk & Margin Analysis of trading primarily in the derivative market. I graduated from Columbia University in the city of New York with an MS in Computer Science degree specializing in Machine Learning. I also hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree focused in Information Technology from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur. In the past, I worked as a Software Engineer Intern at NetApp where I deployed APIs and services towards data protection in NetApp's hybrid cloud support. I have also worked on Migration of on-premises services to the Cloud using SharePoint Online and have also worked on development of software solutions using PowerApps and Microsoft Flow. I am an experienced Consultant with demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. Skilled in Java, C, C++, Python, Golang, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Typescript, Angular, Git, Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Spring Framework, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Groovy, Gradle, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, Java Servlets, JavaServer Pages (JSP), Microsoft 365 Suite, Oracle Database, and ASP.NET MVC. Regarding my personal interests, I hold keen interest in Swimming and have also represented my home state in the National Chess Championship in 2005.
