LATAM iOS Engineer

Join Wispr AI as the second mobile hire on a small, AI-native team building the voice layer for AI. In this fully remote, LATAM-based role, you will own critical user journeys from onboarding to monetization and shape the core iOS experience during a period of explosive growth. What you'll do

• Own the iOS onboarding funnel end to end, ensuring flawless user paths even through edge and failure cases.
• Build and ship new features rapidly across onboarding, monetization, and user-education experiments.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect production code with uncompromising visual accuracy.
• Rigorously test across all use cases to catch failure states, edge cases, and spec gaps before release.
• Proactively flag missing requirements in designs or specs before they reach users.
• Leverage AI coding tools natively to maintain the high velocity expected of an AI-native team.

What Wispr AI is looking for

• Expert-level SwiftUI and Swift concurrency skills; this role uses 100% SwiftUI with no UIKit.
• Proven experience owning an iOS onboarding funnel end to end, including defining, implementing, and analyzing metrics to improve conversion and reduce drop-off.
• A meticulous eye for design and a demonstrated ability to implement pixel-perfect code that matches Figma specs exactly.
• Rigorous manual testing practices with a track record of catching edge cases, failure states, and spec gaps before shipping.
• An autonomous, high-velocity work style and a proven ability to ship reliably end to end without heavy back and forth.
• Full commitment to a remote-first, high-growth startup environment with no moonlighting.
• Experience with iOS experimentation, A/B testing frameworks, AI-assisted coding tools, or high-growth consumer apps and B2B SaaS products is a plus.
