What youll do
- Prioritize features, plan projects, triage issues, and unblock engineers in a deeply technical environment.
- Author 20+ detailed implementation tickets per week to guide engineering execution.
- Develop planning documents that drive larger initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Make informed judgment calls on which customer-facing issues to address next.
- Participate in management and strategic discussions to shape the future of the Uncountable platform.
- Work in person from the San Francisco or New York office alongside a collaborative, engineering-first team.
What Uncountable is looking for
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a highly technical, full-stack mindset, with comfort writing code.
- Two or more software engineering internships or equivalent hands-on development experience.
- Demonstrated interest in product management, startups, or entrepreneurship.
- Proven ability to prioritize features, write detailed tickets, and produce planning documentation.
- Experience triaging issues, supporting engineers, and participating in cross-functional or strategic discussions.
- Comfort with modern web technologies such as Python, React, TypeScript, Redux, and PostgreSQL.
- Currently in school or within one year of graduation, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person role with outsized responsibility.
