About You
You're highly structured, detail-oriented, and thrive in complex deployment environments. You enjoy being on the front lines with customers, translating technical capabilities into real-world implementations that drive measurable impact.
You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of mission-critical deployments. You work well cross-functionally, aligning internal engineering teams with customer IT and operational stakeholders. You bring a consulting mindset, strong project management discipline, and enough technical fluency to navigate sophisticated enterprise environments.
What You'll Bring
3+ years in a client-facing role such as Forward Deployment, Implementation, Solutions, Consulting, or similar
Experience deploying technical products within complex or enterprise environments
Background at a Big 3 consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)
At least one summer of technical experience as an engineer or a technical degree
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to scope timelines, drive follow-ups, and unblock deployments
Strong executive-level communication skills
High ownership and ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments
Ability to quickly learn technical workflows and translate them into business value
Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience leading enterprise software deployments end-to-end
Healthcare experience
Experience working closely with customer IT teams
Background supporting AI, infrastructure, or workflow automation products
