Join Trellis AI as a Technical CSM at the center of mission-critical AI deployments that help healthcare providers speed up specialty medication approvals. You will own complex implementations of automation and prior authorization workflows, bridging internal engineering with enterprise customer stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact. This is a high-ownership role on a fast-scaling team backed by top investors and spun out of Stanford Health.

What youll do

  • Own end-to-end deployment of Trellis AI's automation workflows in complex enterprise healthcare environments.
  • Translate technical capabilities into real-world implementations that drive measurable operational impact for customers.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between internal engineering teams and customer IT and operational stakeholders.
  • Scope project timelines, coordinate cross-functional follow-ups, and actively unblock deployments to keep implementations on track.
  • Operate with autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving situations while maintaining strong project management discipline.

What Trellis AI is looking for

  • Background at a Big 3 consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG).
  • Strong technical foundation with hands-on engineering experience or a technical academic background.
  • Comfort working 55–60 hours per week.
  • Mature, polished business acumen with the ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer onsites and deployments.
  • Experience managing large customer deployments and implementations.
  • Founding CSM experience at a startup, or zero-to-one company experience.
