ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant
About this role
This role joins ServiceNow's AI governance efforts to implement AI Control Tower capabilities that ensure enterprise-wide AI lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and observability; it matters because organizations need scalable governance to safely deploy AI across the business. You'll work with technical and business stakeholders to configure governance frameworks, integrations, and operational dashboards that enable compliant AI use.
What you'll do
- Configure and implement AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management within ServiceNow.
- Support Risk, Compliance, and Security Management initiatives related to AI assets.
- Implement Discovery and Observability capabilities for AI systems in the enterprise.
- Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks to operationalize policy.
- Develop workflows and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI assets and platforms.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver AI governance solutions.
- Support an urgent implementation effort with immediate interview and submission needs.
What ServiceNow is looking for
- Strong ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Experience with AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Security Management practices.
- Experience building workflows, dashboards, and integrating enterprise systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work across teams.
- Employment details: W-2 contract, 100% Remote (USA), up to $70/hour on W-2; Visa: Any.
