OFS Developer
About this role
We are seeking an experienced OFS Developer to join our remote development team. The ideal candidate will have strong software development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide technical leadership while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modify code according to AEP standards and best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
- Serve as a technical lead and provide guidance to team members.
- Recommend technical solutions and implementation approaches.
- Utilize software testing tools to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Lead and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and support team success.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in OFS Development.
- Experience developing enterprise applications.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience leading development teams and conducting code reviews.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
