LATAM Founding Engineer

Join Quander's founding team to build Hypesonic, the company's first product automating growth and distribution for early-stage startups. As a LATAM Founding Engineer, you will drive critical architectural decisions and help define the engineering culture in a high-intensity, culture-defining environment. This is a rare opportunity to shape product direction and build foundational technology from day one.
What youll do
- Own significant portions of the Hypesonic product roadmap and lead end-to-end development.
- Build scalable, high-quality full-stack web applications using TypeScript.
- Partner with the founding team to define product requirements, architecture, and engineering priorities.
- Drive key architectural decisions and contribute across the entire product development lifecycle.
What Quander is looking for
- 3–7+ years of full-stack web development experience.
- Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a product-focused mindset.
- A proven history of shipping production-grade software or contributing to open-source projects.
- Experience with AI/ML, growth marketing, or advertising platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
