Founder’s Associate (GTM/Sales) - Munich (d/f/m)
About this role
Pluno is seeking a Founder’s Associate (GTM/Sales) in Munich to help bring our product to the right customers. You’ll work closely with our CEO to test GTM strategies, run outbound campaigns, and accelerate early traction at a fast-growing startup. Your impact will shape how we scale with AI-enabled processes.
What youll do
- Frontline outreach to bring our product to the right customers, crafting campaigns, leading discovery calls, qualifying high-potential leads, and guiding them into the trial experience.
- Experiment with outbound campaigns, generate lead lists, and reach out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book discovery calls.
- Lead and participate in discovery calls and establish a shared communication channel.
- Take ownership and explore new growth channels.
- Track every pipeline step and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Leverage AI across responsibilities and help make internal processes AI-native, exploring what’s possible with the current state of AI.
What Pluno is looking for
- Experience with CRM and outbound sales workflow, including accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Located in Munich, Germany or willing to relocate; on-site work required.
- Thrives in a small team with high accountability and takes ownership of work.
- Native-level fluency in German.
- Experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy development and execution in a startup environment.
- Experience crafting outbound campaigns and reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book discovery calls.
- Willingness to leverage AI to drive impact and help build AI-native processes.
