About This Role

The role

As a Founder’s Associate at our young startup, you’ll be at the frontline of getting our product into the hands of the right people. You’ll craft smart outreach campaigns, lead sharp discovery calls, qualify high-potential leads, and guide them straight into our trial experience.

You’ll work closely with our CEO Alex to determine our strategy, run experiments, and figure out the best GTM strategies to grow Pluno’s towards unicorn status.

☝ This is the perfect role for anyone who’s ambitious and wants to work with the latest tech to have huge impact in a fast-growing startup.

Internally, we are always pushing the limits of using AI in our processes. The boundaries are changing with every model release, and everyone in our team is constantly rethinking how we work together to get the most out of AI.

Performance objectives

- Experiment with different outbound campaigns, including generating lead lists and reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book discovery calls. - Lead & participate in discovery calls and set up a shared communication channel. - Take ownership & try out new growth channels. - Track every pipeline step and keep improving conversion rates. - Use AI to the upmost extent to give us leverage across everything you do. Collaborate on making our internal work processes AI-native, always exploring what’s possible with the current state of AI.

Note: This role requires native-level fluency in German.
